Woodview CottageIntroduction

We offer two illdylic stone cottages that have been converted from a traditional barn. The accommodation is suitable for anyone with mobility disability as it is on one single level. We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please do call us. We look forward to welcoming you.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• There is ample off road parking next to the cottages
• The car park is level and a short path runs up to the cottages

Entrance to Cottage

• Through a small porch door width 31 inches height 74 inches

Lounge/Dining area

• Decor is stone walls, wooden beams, natural wooden skirting boards and features, fitted
short piled carpet with matching rug. Kitchen has a tiled floor.
• Smoke alarm fitted in kitchen

• Beautiful gardens to the front of the cottages with rockery. Table, chairs and sunlounger provided plus barbeque.

Additional Information

• Information folder and numerous leaflets in porch cabinet
• Evacuation of cottage is by the porch or fire exit in hallway; please inform on arrival of individual requirements in case of evacuation. Fire extinguisher is located on wall in kitchen/living area.
• There is a no smoking and no pets policy in the cottage.
